Bridget Shannon
Bridget is a high-energy fitness coach based in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, bringing over five years of full-time experience across multiple training modalities. With a foundation in personal training and certification in group fitness, she creates classes that are not only dynamic and music-driven, but also intentional, safe, and mind-body focused.
Known for her motivating presence and thoughtfully curated playlists, Bridget creates an experience that goes beyond the workout. Rooted in a mix of HIIT, sculpt, and beat-driven cardio, each session is designed to build confidence, support progress, and keep you coming back for more - without ever feeling intimidating.
Bridget is deeply passionate about building community. She believes fitness should feel empowering, inclusive, and energizing.
Outside of coaching, Bridget is a proud mom who loves spending time outdoors with her son, staying active, and finding moments of balance through movement and mindfulness.

At OnBeat, Carly plays a key role in building local partnerships through community outreach to support new events. She also ensures every event is thoughtfully prepared, so you can fully immerse yourself in a high-energy, seamless workout experience.
